Mobile Vane Pump - Series T6XM (AP)

Les pompes à palettes hydrauliques mobiles réduisent la taille et le coût des actionneurs, des vannes et des conduites, et prolongent la durée de vie, grâce à des pressions nominales allant jusqu'à 275 bars. La conception haute pression réduit les coûts d'installation et prolonge la durée de vie à pression réduite. La combinaison de différentes cartouches dans les pompes doubles et triples permet d'obtenir un faible débit à haute pression et un débit élevé à basse pression. C'est la manière intelligente d'optimiser la conception de votre circuit. La pompe permet également un changement de cycle de pression très rapide avec une répétabilité de débit très précise. Marchés : - Mobile - Agriculture - Marine - Militaire Caractéristiques/avantages : Consommation d'énergie réduite : Le rendement mécanique et volumétrique élevé, qui est généralement de 94 %, permet de réduire la production de chaleur et d'atteindre des vitesses allant jusqu'à 400 tr/min à pleine pression. Niveau de bruit réduit : La série T6*M est conçue pour atteindre le niveau de bruit le plus bas dans l'enveloppe la plus petite, grâce à sa large gamme de vitesses, combinée à des déplacements de cartouches de grande taille. - Durée de vie plus longue : L'approche éprouvée des palettes à double lèvre de Parker augmente la résistance à la contamination par les particules. La faible pression d'ondulation ± 2 bar réduit le bruit de la tuyauterie et augmente la protection des autres composants du circuit. - Installation simple : L'orientation des orifices de la pompe à palettes garantit une installation personnalisée facile et est idéale dans les conditions d'accès restreint. En outre, la conception de l'installation est extrêmement simple car le même corps est utilisé pour tous les déplacements. Applications : - Camions à ordures - Camions à benne basculante
